<description>Dear Reader(s): My friend has a 40 gallon tank, and in it lives only one large (6&quot;) Chinese Algae-Eater. All of the plants in the tank are plastic, and the bottom is deep with gravel. How many Algae Discs should this fish be fed per day? And is it better to feed once, or twice, per day??

Thank you, in advance, for your input.
